This dinner was a bit different though because with all of the thank yous came a presentation on Customer Service and Leadership. The speaker was Dave Anthony, former Director of Retail and Customer Care AT&T Mobility. He shared a lot of nuggets but one the best stories he shared was the story of the pregnant deer.
Check it out here...

ReplyDeleteIt is really easy to lose our true purpose of why we are here and what we came to do, because of all the "fires" and outside challenges that arise on a daily basis. However, when we focus on what is within our locus of control, we have the ability to not just get through it, but create something and add more to this world and space.
